“Demon in Aisle 6” in Nightmare Magazine

This month my story “Demon in Aisle 6” appears in Nightmare Magazine, edited by John Joseph Adams. You can purchase the ebook of the issue now, or you can wait until November 18th to read this story for free. I haven’t written horror in a long time, and the story explores the themes of being a closeted gay person in high school, suicide, and survivors’ guilt. I’m quite happy with how it turned out. The issue also has fiction by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, Gemma Files, and F. Paul Wilson.
